Ikea-Kötbullar, or Ballekes or Ballekes in 'n sherry-cream sauce

a few months back, we agree in the Ikea meatballs eaten and the son found that tasty, so ... looking for something similar but then create yourself!
And it was a successful experiment.
Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 finely chopped onion
3 tbsp breadcrumbs or Panko
500 g mixed minced meat
1 egg
2 dl cream
splash of sherry
bruine fond
a bag of milk
Method Of Preparation
In a bowl the breadcrumbs weeks in the milk.
Cook the finely chopped onion in a little butter, he should definitely not discolor, should only be soft.
Do the minced meat in a large bowl and add the stewed onion.
Add the milk mixture as well as the egg and well bijkruiden with salt and pepper.
This make you than balls (sized 'n pingpong ball).

White Bean Salad

Today we had Fried Pork Chops with baked vegetables and as little 'n White Bean Salad and tomatoes from the oven.
Here first the recipe of the White Bean Salad.
Ingredients
1 small can white beans, drained
1 kl grains of mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 half red onion, cut up
Method Of Preparation
The mustard, lemon juice and olive oil mix well and add the parsley and add the chopped onion.
The beans under mixing gently.

Escalope Milanese

Here we are again, I still have a few prints of the photos taken from vodkajawa we have eaten last week and this evening I finally have time to put them online.
The above gerechtje is really 'n stay.
Tasty veal steak with thin spaghetti and tomato sauce 'n tasty.
Ingredients
Escalope
4 very thin veal cutlet
1 egg
50 g flour
50 g breadcrumbs (panko – I always use to buy in a chinese store)
2 sprigs of citroenthym
dried oregano 1 kl
1 sprig Rosemary
75 g Parmesan cheese (fresh gerapst of block)
olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Tomato Sauce
2 shallots
1 kl garlic pulp
1 kl sambal
1 sprig Rosemary
300 g pasta
2 kl capers
Dash of olive oil
Half a glass of red wine wine
1 can peeled tomatoes
Pepper
Salt
Method Of Preparation
First we create the sauce.
The shallots very fine snip pears and together with the garlic pulp stew in a little olive oil. Hereby do your teaspoon sambal and this leaves you just simmer.
The leaves of the sprig of Rosemary and very fine snip pears and just let the stew with onion mixture.
Then add the capers and leave it as soaking.

Tomatoes from the oven

And this was our second bijgerechtje today.
Even such a simple gerechtje to make.
Ingredients
'n seven medium-sized cable tomatoes
1 tbsp bruschetta herbs of Oil & Vinegear
olive oil
Method Of Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Gratin or Puree with Italian touch ' n

Today I even try something different than the normal puree or normal gratin. It was very soon ready and very tasty!

Ingredients
800 g potatoes
A knob of butter
Room
Pepper, salt and nutmeg
100 g fresh grated Parmesan + some extra to Gratin
50 g rucola
150 g cherry tomatoes in eight small chunks.
Method Of Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250 ?.
The potatoes gaarkoken and here 'n groff mashed with butter and a dash of cream.
Good seasoning with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
The Parmesan underneath stirring.
In a small pan, heat some oil and fry the cherry tomatoes for a few minutes.

Pasta-oven dish with meat balls in tomato sauce and Mozzarella

I have completely the recipe by Jeroen Meus followed. The only thing I had done otherwise spirelli's is used instead of penne and I have the cherry tomatoes also not added because I horror of tomato pieces …
It is fully approved by everyone, this is will be on the table!
