Gehaktbroodje with tomato sauce

Today a recipe of the son, 'n gehaktbroodje with tomato sauce.
I had a bigger gehaktbroodje created, because they also agree that like to eat cold.
Gehaktbroodje
Ingredients
1 kg mixed minced
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Method of preparation
Preheat The oven to 180 ?.
Mix All ingredients well.

Tomato sauce
Ingredients
1 cardboard peeled tomatoes
1 onion chopped
Half board water
1 cube italiano broth of Knorr
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Method of preparation
